Za Za Restaurant on Boston’s North Shore Offers New England Lobster Bake Thursdays for $12.99??!!
(Saugus, MA) – The mighty seas buckled yesterday as the voice of Chef Manrique Alvarenga from Za Za Restaurant called out, “I will do a New England Lobster Bake for only $12.99!”
While both Operations and Marketing pleaded with the young chef to give them more time to prepare and to let them raise prices, he simply replied:
”More time will give
the lobsters a chance to escape and higher prices are not right in this current socioeconomic climate!”
Which leads us to believe Chef Alvarenga is both bold and may have a background in financial planning?
Nonetheless, the offer stands!
The Za Za Restaurant New England Lobster Bake Special runs every Thursday night from 3:00PM – 10:00pm throughout the summer and includes a cup of clam chowder, a 1 ¼ - 1 ½ pound boiled lobster, farm-fresh corn on the cob and seasoned coleslaw for ($12.99).
