Acrobat Music,
Ernest Jenning Record Co. and Wu Music Group have each signed exclusive deals to distribute their forthcoming releases in physical format throughout the US.
The respective pacts build upon The Orchard's current digital distribution and marketing services agreements with each of the labels. Specific terms of the deals were not disclosed.

The seasoned TVT Distribution staff will work closely with The Orchard's industry-leading online sales, marketing and promotional teams to provide a fully integrated approach to both setting up new releases and to marketing existing catalogue.
TVT Distribution offers access to a broad network of brick & mortar partners, from tastemaker mom & pops, specialty accounts and niche distributors, to the largest national retailers, discount chains and one-stops.

Upcoming Physical Releases:
The first releases will come from Acrobat Music, a specialty label based in the UK, on October 21. Releases include albums from Miles Davis and Dave Brubeck among many others, on the label's Premier Collection imprint. All of the Premier Collection titles are showcased in "deluxe packaging" with unique, consistent packaging that includes an o-card, extensive liner notes and either a large number of tracks or lengthy playing time.
Releases from Wu Music Group will follow, beginning in December with Wu-Tang Killa Bees: The Swarm Vol. II, the hotly anticipated follow up the 1998 all-star classic, The Swarm Vol. I. In January, fans will be able to purchase Afro Samurai: Volume II The Resurrection, and in March, the latest release by Solomon Childs will hit shelves at retailers nationwide.
Ernest Jenning Record Co. have a number of releases slated for late 2008 and early 2009 in the CD, LP and 7" formats. New releases by Takka Takka, Pegasuses-XL, Dalek, The Black Hollies, and hot up-and-comers The Nouvellas and Still Flyin' will all see physical release through The Orchard/TVT, as well as digital release.
