2009-11-04 10:55:44 - The iPhone is billed as one of the world's best mobile phones. It offers users the ability to play games, talk, text and surf the internet at extremely fast speeds. However, one of the biggest issues for users was finding a network that carried the iPhone outside of the United States. Finally, the iPhone has come to Orange in the United Kingdom.

Many people who own the iPhone in the United States continue to complain about how the phone is often slow on AT&T's overloaded network. Thankfully, Orange has invested in their network throughout the United Kingdom to ensure that you receive the fast speeds that you paid for. You will be able to load pages extremely quickly and even download pictures,

your email or any other data at speeds that rival that of a traditional connection.

While the iPhone is not available quite yet in the United Kingdom, it will not be long before Orange begins selling it. The iPhone is due to debut on November 10th. While many people were looking for an alternative to the higher prices that O2 charges, Orange is not trying to compete on the price point. Instead, they are looking to compete by offering the fastest and most widely available third generation network possible. Orange covers over 93% of the United Kingdom with its 3G network compared to just 84% that is covered by O2.

When you cannot even make a phone call from your mobile phone, you know that something is wrong. O2's network simply cannot stand up to the heavy use that has occurred with the data hungry iPhone users around London. So many people are reporting that they are unable to get pages to load via their web browser and some are not even able to make a simple mobile call. That is why when the iPhone comes to Orange you are going to be able to experience an entirely new level of service. There will be no more waiting around for your pages to load, or being angry that you cannot even place a call. You will be able to do all of the things that the iPhone offers and more.

While many people are disappointed that they will not be able to purchase the iPhone at a lower price, some are happy to hear about Orange's marketing decision. After all, would you rather be able to purchase a phone that you could not use at a lower price, or use your phone at lightning fast speeds that are reliable? The answer is clear, people are looking for the ability to quickly download their data and make phone calls.

Orange is offering a small concession as far as the monthly tariff that customers pay for service. For example, you can take advantage of service on Orange from 30 pounds. This is the same price as the service on O2 but offers you 100 more minutes and twice the text messages that O2 offers on the same platform. Orange is really changing the iPhone game for the United Kingdom with lower prices and better service. Will you stick with O2?
