Little Rock, AR (October 7, 2013) – The Design Group, Arkansas’s leader in multicultural communications, announced today it has been chosen as the Agency of Record for the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (UAPB) and will spearhead marketing, public relations and customer service efforts related to UAPB’S reimaging initiative.
The Design Group will assist UAPB as it works to increase enrollment as well as retention and graduation rates through: improving the overall customer experience on the campus as well as at any customer, vendor and partner touch point; educating prospective students and their families on the university’s commitment to preparing students of color to become industry leaders; educating local, state and national key influencers in the higher education community
about the new direction of the university; and educating local, state and national key influencers about the new leadership’s commitment to improving the overall customer service levels within the university.
“UAPB is responding to an ever-changing customer focused marketplace, and we believe this partnership will help the university exceed its student enrollment goals, but ultimately and most importantly, benefit the students who choose UAPB,” Myron Jackson, Chief Executive Officer said.
