WHAT: Enjoy the timeless appeal of Beacon Hill this Holiday Season! Come to Charles Street on December 10, 2009 from 5:00pm-9:00pm for a chance to sip, shop and savor the holiday luxuries at Beacon Hill’s shops, boutiques and restaurants. Envision all your dreams come true; 12 days of shopping in just a few hours amidst the sounds of Victorian Carolers,

a Full Brass Ensemble and the Apollo Club of Boston!

Once your bags are full with new found specialty gifts and holiday merchandise, take a load off your feet and stroll down a few blocks to one of Beacon Hill’s fine restaurants where you can top off the evening in style.

Feeling adventurous? Take a horse & buggy ride down Charles Street or venture to the corner of Charles and Mt. Vernon Street where you can watch some white lights sparkle during the annual tree lighting that will take place at 7:00pm. The kids will also get the chance to meet Santa for a free holiday picture. So come one, come all to the charming annual Beacon Hill Holiday Stroll and don’t miss the chance for free refreshments and a night of holiday festivities!


EVENT HIGHLIGHTS:
Horse & buggy ride is on Charles Street only.
Come early from 3:30pm-6:45pm to Hill House at 127 Mount Vernon Street for free pictures with Santa.
The Tree Lighting Ceremony with Santa starts at 7:00pm.
