(NYSE: TDF) today announced a total distribution of $0.9228, comprised of net investment income of $0.5451 per share, short-term capital gains distribution of $0.0072 per share and long-term capital gains distribution of $0.3705 per share, payable on September 30, 2009 to shareholders of record on September 16, 2009 (Ex-Dividend Date: September 14, 2009).
