Tele2 AB issues Swedish krona Bond

Stockholm - Tele2 AB (Tele2), (NASDAQ OMX Stockholm Exchange: TEL2 A and TEL2 B)
announces that they successfully placed a 7 year bond in the Swedish bond
market.

Tele2 has successfully completed the issuance of a 7 year SEK 250 million bond
in the Swedish bond market. The issue has a floating rate coupon of 3m STIBOR
+2.45 percent. The bond has been issued under the companys EMTN program and will
be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange
