Tekelec has scheduled a conference call for Wednesday, November 4, 2009 at 8 a.m. EST for management to discuss its third quarter 2009 results. The Company also plans to provide both GAAP and Non-GAAP numbers (including GAAP reconciliations) for the third quarter 2009 on its Web site immediately prior to the call, and to discuss during this call certain forward-looking information concerning management's outlook for the business.
