IRVINE, Calif., Aug. 11, 2010 -- TechBiz Connection (www.techbizconnection.org) will present a panel of Orange County-based experts who will address how companies can build a winning team environment on Wednesday, August 18, 2010 from 6:00 to 9:00 PM at the law offices of Knobbe, Martens, Olson & Bear in Irvine.

According to Jack Bicer, TechBiz Connection president, success isn't just about having a great product or success - it's all about execution of a strategy - and having a strong team that meshes well is critical to achieving flawless execution.

“Our panel of business leaders has achieved proven success through great teamwork,” Bicer noted, “and they will discuss the methods and benefits of team building, and the characteristics of a successful team

and team leader. We will also address why some teams succeed while others fail, the challenges of team building and common mistakes to avoid.”
