Sydney Adventist Hospital, winner of the prestigious Australian Private Hospitals Association Award for Clinical Excellence, has chosen MetaVision ® for its Intensive and Coronary care units. iMDsoft ® offered Sydney Adventist Hospital a proven, robust clinical information system that integrates seamlessly with both its existing and proposed technologies while producing tangible business benefits.

“After years of researching clinical information systems to meet the

demands of our Intensive Care environment, we believe that MetaVision is the best fit for the Sydney Adventist Hospital. MetaVision will allow the staff to view information easily using the configurable screens, without compromising the depth and complexity of clinical data in ICU.

The tools which simplify entering and accessing data will help clinicians cope with the increasing information flow and clinical requirements associated with treatment decisions,” said John Sanburg, Project Manager at Sydney Adventist Hospital.

The MetaVision suite of clinical information systems is used by leading medical centers around the world to capture, document, analyze, report and store the vast amount of patient-related data generated in critical care, perioperative, and acute care environments. The system has been shown to significantly improve patient safety, quality measures, and financial performance.

“My visit to view MetaVision in action in a real hospital environment confirmed my view that iMDsoft was by far the preferred system. Everything I asked for worked and even in a foreign language it was intuitively easy to follow.” recalls Dr Simon Finfer, Intensivist, of his experience while evaluating possible options.

“iMDsoft is delighted that Sydney Adventist hospital has chosen MetaVision for their critical wards. We are confident that our solution, in the hands of the hospital's talented health professionals, will help lead the way in improved critical care,” said Phyllis Gotlib, CEO of iMDsoft. “We trust that Sydney Adventist hospital will quickly realize the impact others have seen with our software, such as reduced mortality, streamlined administrative processes and improved billing and reimbursement.”
