Previously available at their respective domains, the Cloud Media site is a one-stop-shop for products, information, and community interactions

“Over the past years, we’ve released different media players for different audiences,” supplied Scott Walters, Project Manager at Cloud Media. “Cloud Media lets us take all of our segmented web presences and bring them together. There is now one location where customers will be able to get order information about any of our products, support, or discuss them with our exceptional online community.”

Cloud Media Sdn. Bhd. is the parent company, comprised

of the five individual offices spread across the globe. Syabas Technology Sdn. Bhd. located in Penang, Malaysia handles research and development, primarily focusing on software and web based solutions. Syabas Technology Hong Kong Limited is the logistics and sales division of the company. Syabas Technology Inc. in Shenzhen, China handles the hardware design and production. The team at Syabas Technology in Braunschweig, Germany is in charge of the sales and marketing for the EU region. And the newly formed Thundercloud Services LLC in Fremont, California is heading up their OTT division and providing logistical support for the North America region.
