Sunstone Hotel Investors Schedules Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2012 Earnings
Release and Conference Call

Aliso Viejo, Calif. (February 8, 2013) - Sunstone Hotel Investors (NYSE: SHO)
announced today that it will report financial results for the fourth quarter and
full year 2012 on Tuesday, February 19, 2012 after the market closes. Management
will hold its quarterly conference call on Wednesday, February 20, 2012 at
12:00 p.m. EST (9:00 a.m. PST).
