Stratix Mobile Lifecycle Management Right-Sizes DGS Operations

NORCROSS, GA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/01/09 -- Stratix Corporation : , a leading mobile enterprise solutions innovator, today announced it has successfully provided DAL Global Services (DGS) : , a wholly owned subsidiary of Delta Airlines, with Mobile Lifecycle Management : services (sVision®) for Smart Track, a DGS initiative to automate the ground support and passenger handling services it provides to nearly every major airline. Stratix provisioned and delivered 100 Motorola MC35 handheld devices loaded with Smart Track and provides 24x7 managed services support.
The Smart Track solution is driving efficiency, compliance and quality of service for DGS' airline customers and their passengers.



DGS previously used a manual dispatch system for labor scheduling.
Stratix's Mobile Lifecycle Management program allows DGS to focus on delivering its services while Stratix provides the mobile technology support behind the scenes. Using the mobile solution, DGS can now deliver the tracking and documentation to confirm proof of service with its customers.
