In a meeting held on 4 March 2013, Storebrand ASA's Board of Representatives
elected Laila S. Dahlen as a new member of the board.


Following this the Board of Storebrand ASA consists of the following members:
Birger Magnus (Chairman of the Board), John Staunsbjerg Dueholm, Jon Arnt
Jacobsen, Halvor Stenstadvold, Birgitte Nielsen, Laila S. Dahlen , Monica
Caneman, Ann-Mari Gjøstein (elected by employees), Knut Dyre Haug (elected by
employees), og Kirsti V. Fløystøl (elected by employees).
