STONESOFT'S CAPITAL MARKETS DAY 22 MAY 2013

Stonesoft Corporation will host a Capital Markets Day event for financial
analysts, media, investors and portfolio managers on Wednesday, May 22,2013 at
the Bank Union Square Auditorium, Unioninkatu 22, 00130 Helsinki. Please save
the date in your calendar. This event replaces the Capital Markets event
mentioned in the stock exchange release issued by the company on January
3, 2013. The event was planned to be held in February-March.

An invitation including the Capital Market Day's agenda and registration details
will be published closer to the event.
