Veteran rocker ROD STEWART acknowledges the fact he isn't "a good looking guy", and contrary to popular belief, he hasn't always dated beautiful women.
The Maggie May singer, whose ex-wives include models Rachel Hunter and Alana Stewart, claims he has also dated "unattractive" women, because looks "aren't everything".
He says, "I have to admit that my impact on women wasn't bad. But I never really was a good looking guy.
"I had girlfriends in my life that you'd never call sexy. In fact, they were pretty unattractive.
"But sex appeal has to do with the eyes and the heart of a person. Believe me, breasts and blonde hair are not everything."
