Rocker BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN began a three-day free tour to support U.S.
presidential candidate BARACK OBAMA at the weekend (04Oct08).
The star started his road trip in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on Saturday, where he brought the city to a standstill, performing for 50,000 people on the Benjamin Franklin Freeway.
Springsteen told fans, "I don't know about you, but I want my house back - I want my America back, and I want my country back." He then travelled to Ohio State University in Columbus for a second free gig on Sunday (05Oct08).
The mini-tour wraps up in Ypsilanti, Michigan on Monday afternoon (06Oct08).
America goes to the polls to elect its new president on 4 November (08).
