2013-10-07 06:26:58 - Vegas Experts has researched how college football teams have done on the road in 2013, and and found the top three teams in this category
After nearly half of the 2013 college football season, three schools have won at least three road games without a loss when it comes to the Las Vegas betting line, according to research for the sports handicapping website Vegas Experts.
The website found that the Florida Atlantic Owls, South Alabama Jaguars and Washington State Cougars each have spotless pointspread marks away from home in 2013. The Owls top the list with a 5-0 record versus the betting line, while the Jaguars and Cougars have won each of the three road games the teams have played.
Florida Atlantic will have a home game and bye over the next two weeks, but will return to the road on Saturday, October 26, when it faces
the Auburn Tigers. South Alabama has that same schedule somewhat in reverse, with a bye and home game, followed by an away matchup against the Texas State Bobcats on the 26th. Washington State will be at home next week, but will travel to face the Oregon Ducks on October 19.
Vegas Experts also noted that 10 other teams currently have beaten the Las Vegas betting line in two road games without a defeat. Of the teams in that group, three will be on the road this week: Rice, which will travel to face Texas-San Antonio; Missouri, will compete against SEC rival Georgia; and Oregon, which will match up against PAC-12 foe Washington.
