SpareBank 1 SMN has on 15 March sold 62.383 equity certificates at a price of
49,80 per certificate.
The sale took place in connection with an allocation of equity certificates to
senior employees in the Bank's bonus scheme. The Bank's new holding is
accordingly 6.255 equity certificates.
