- The Board of Directors of Source Capital, Inc. (NYSE:SOR), today declared a regular quarterly distribution of $1 a common share, payable Sept. 15, 2008, to shareholders of record as of the close of business Aug. 22, 2008.

Directors also declared a regular quarterly income dividend of 60 cents a preferred share, payable Sept. 15, 2008, to shareholders of record as of the close of business Aug. 22, 2008.
