gig in Australia on Sunday (22Nov09) after undergoing emergency surgery on Wednesday (18Nov09).
And despite her latest single S.O.S. (Let The Music Play) hitting the number one spot on the Billboard Dance Chart, the singer is finding it hard to raise a smile.
On her Twitter.com page, she writes, "I'm in a great mood except I can't laugh or cough! Ergh. Rest & movie time."
