Sony introduces new Digital Imaging range with Full-Frame Imaging sensor

New Delhi: Sony India today announces the launch of 9 new cutting-edge and revolutionary DSLT professional cameras, professional video cameras, compact cameras with variety of lenses and accessories at The Consumer Electronics Imaging Fair (CEIF) 2013, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. It also marks the launch of some the most awaited and innovative Full-frame Imaging sensor equipped products such as DSC-RX1, α99, NEX-VG900 and NEX-FS700K amongst others.

• NEX-VG900E, the interchangeable lens Full HD camcorder from Sony, provides the limitless power of Full-frame imaging with extensive manual controls and ‘seesaw’ zoom lever (Auto Power Zoom). With a resolution of 24.3 effective megapixels, the Sony- developed Exmor CMOS sensor inside the NEX-VG900E is around 40 times larger than the equivalent in ordinary consumer camcorders.
