INDIANAPOLIS, IN (January 17, 2013) – Connections Magazine and IT Enabled Services Alliance have launched a CustomerCount survey for thousands of contact center professionals to determine the pulse of the call contact center industry on social media issues such as customer service and interactive communication vehicle.
CustomerCount is an enterprise feedback management designed specifically for contact centers using the telephone or other electronic service vehicles. It is designed to offer true 360° analysis for contact center performance improvement through customer engagement.
