As previously communicated, the Board of Directors of Swedish Orphan Biovitrum
AB (Sobi) has decided to issue additional amounts the current bond loan with a
loan frame of SEK 1 billion. The issuance of SEK 200 million in nominal amount
is now fully subscribed.

Nordea Bank is acting as financial advisor to Sobi and Sole Bookrunner in
conjunction with the issuance.
