Current Perspective on (SN) Sanchez Energy Corp

We pulled individual well data for several recent Sanchez wells in the Marquis
and Palmetto. Results were mixed, with both positive and negative surprises.
Sanchez is still in the early stages of proving up their acreage in the
Palmetto, Marquis and Maverick properties.

Previous Perspective on (SN) Sanchez Energy Corp

Sanchez Energy announced a $100 Million Cumulative Perpetual Convertible
Preferred after the close yesterday and also provided a brief operations update.
We expect demand to be high for this security, and the overallotment option for
$25 Million to be executed. Assuming $90 oil in forward periods, we do not
believe Sanchez will need to tap future credit facilities until 2H 2013.
