Sitar Company Advised Kellogg Sales Company on 102,320-Square-Foot Lease for Philadelphia Area Distribution Center

- Sitar Company, a leading New Jersey commercial real estate firm, announced today that it represented Kellogg Sales Company, a division of food giant Kellogg Company, on the renewal of the Company's lease for their Philadelphia area Distribution Center located at 2201 Cabot Blvd. West in Langhorne, PA. The three-year agreement represents 102,320-square-feet of warehouse distribution space. Gregg Nowell, John O'Hearn and Christopher Santoro, all Sitar Company representatives, advised Kellogg Sales Company on the transaction.

Kellogg Sales Company has occupied the space for 12 years to serve as a regional warehouse and distribution center for the Company's snack products.
