AURORA, IL -- (Marketwire) -- 07/02/09 -- Sikich LLP, a public accounting and consulting firm, announces the expansion of their Human Resource Services team.



Joyce Grenis and Jennifer Lollino, formerly of Human Resource Advisors, Inc. (HRA) located in Willowbrook, Illinois, have joined the Sikich LLP team. Julie Strahl, a former local government professional, has also joined Sikich to expand Human Resource services to the governmental community.



As the new Senior Vice President of Human Resource Services at Sikich LLP, Joyce Grenis will focus on human resource consulting services for Sikich's small and mid-sized clients. Grenis began her HR career with Jewel Companies, Inc. in 1973 and held several strategic positions for other Jewel divisions including Osco Drug, Turn-Style, Republic Lumber, and MFC.
Grenis' extensive human resource experience also includes senior human resource positions with American Dental Association and Handy Andy Home Improvement Centers, Inc.



Also joining the Sikich team as Vice President of Human Resource Services is Jennifer Lollino. Lollino will focus on assisting organizations across all industries with their strategic and tactical human resource needs. Her extensive career includes the position of HR Generalist/Recruiter for Flex Execs Management and most recently the position of Vice President at HRA.



Rounding out the team is Julie Strahl, Consultant of Human Resource Services at Sikich LLP. Strahl will focus on assisting Government organizations with various human resource needs including wage and benefit studies, personnel policies and job description audits and updates. Her expertise will also provide guidance in the research and development of unique employee incentive programs. Strahl is a former local government professional who has served both suburban and downstate Illinois municipalities for more than ten years in the areas of local government administration and human resources. She is a past president of the Illinois Association of Municipal Management Assistants and has worked collaboratively with numerous elected and appointed officials in many communities.
