SIGVARIS & Atlantic Medical Supply will host a compression therapy healthy leg day on November 20th, 2009 from 11am to 3pm. The AMS store is located at 314 Chris Gaupp Drive Suite 202 Galloway, NJ 08205

The Healthy Leg Day is being held to help men and women prevent or treat leg health issues such as swelling, varicose veins, lymphedema, DVTs or other venous disease symptoms that may appear as a result of heredity, age, cancer treatment, pregnancy or other medical conditions.

This Healthy Leg Day is designed to:
• Raise awareness of the causes of leg health issues such as swelling, varicose veins, lymphedema, or DVT [deep vein thrombosis],
• Prevent or treat leg health issues with compression therapy

stockings [also known as support hose] or socks, and
• Educate the consumer on the proper fit and care of graduated compression socks and stockings.
