As ShoreTel grows its presence in Singapore, its Asia-Pacific headquarters, APC will partner closely with the Sunnyvale, California-based company to offer strategic counsel and develop key messaging to uniquely position ShoreTel in the highly competitive UC marketplace with its award-winning all-in-one IP phones, contact centre systems, mobility offerings and cloud-communications solutions.

In this role, APC will leverage its long history with UC clients to enhance its relationships with media and analysts who
