Wyckoff, NJ, 30 January 2012 – Sherborne Sensors, a global leader in the design, development and manufacture of sensors for military, aerospace and industrial applications, today announced it has been awarded the prestigious gold rating, on initial nomination, in Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control’s (MFC) Preferred Supplier Program (PSP). The award was made on the basis of several factors, including Sherborne Sensor’s continued 100 percent supplier rating and support of multiple MFC programs.

Sherborne Sensors delivers customized high-precision accelerometers to MFC operations in Orlando, Fl and Dallas, Texas. The PSP uses key performance indicators including quality, on-time delivery, responsiveness, business processes and continuous improvement through effective use of statistical process control.
