NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 08/27/09 -- Shalov Stone Bonner & Rocco LLP announces that a class action lawsuit has been filed on behalf of all purchasers of the publicly traded securities of Immucor, Inc. ("Immucor" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: BLUD) between October 19, 2005 and April 23, 2009 (the "Class Period"), who were damaged thereby.
