NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 08/21/09 -- Shalov Stone Bonner & Rocco LLP announces that a class action lawsuit has been filed on behalf of persons who purchased or otherwise acquired shares in the UltraShort Financials Proshares fund (the "SKF Fund") (NYSE: SKF) (PCX: SKF), an exchange-traded fund offered by ProShares Trust, pursuant or traceable to ProShares' Registration Statement, Prospectuses, and Statements of Additional Information (collectively, the "Registration Statement") issued in connection with the SKF Fund's shares. The lawsuit is pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.



The complaint alleges that the defendants violated the federal securities laws by misrepresenting and failing to disclose material adverse facts.
