Titled “Leveraging DevOps Practices to Improve the Application Delivery Process,” Kevin’s presentation will discuss how applying DevOps methodologies to release management can help get applications out to the business more efficiently. As separate entities, Dev wants fast development and deployment whilst Ops puts the emphasis on stable systems and no problems for users. The DevOps approach helps the two teams overcome the issues they face in order

to deliver applications that are best for the user and for the business as a whole.
