Commenting on his new role, Mueller-Wolf said, “Serena’s recent move into the ITSM market allows businesses to take advantage of the process orchestration capabilities that Serena has perfected in helping application lifecycle customers. Companies looking to improve the efficiency of their ITSM systems need to examine the underlying processes they use in order to understand where bottlenecks are developing. Using Serena’s orchestrated approach to ITSM can help drive productivity by bridging the gaps in the overall process by making aspects of it easier to manage. By considering the ITSM process as a whole, businesses will find it easier to streamline it in order to provide faster results. I am excited to be working in this area of the market in my role at Serena.”

“The addition of Matthias to the team will be extremely beneficial to growth in Central Europe,” said Eric Driffort, VP EMEA at Serena. “His extensive experience in the industry will be an asset to the company and will help to drive future sales in the region. His appointment strengthens our strategy to increase the number of Central European businesses adopting Serena’s orchestrated approach to ITSM and ALM to bring the IT department closer to the rest of the business and ensure that their overall process is more efficient.
