BELGRADE, Serbia (AP) - Serbia's ultranationalist leader has urged his allies to form a coalition government, despite an election victory by a pro-Western bloc.
Serbian Radical Party leader Tomislav Nikolic has accused President Boris Tadic of inciting violence by proclaiming victory.
Nikolic says he wants to start talks on forming a government with Prime Minister Vojislav

Kostunica's conservative bloc and the Socialist Party of the late Serbian strongman Slobodan Milosevic.

Tadic declared victory in Sunday's parliamentary elections for his Coalition for a European Serbia _ an alliance that wants to take the Balkan country into the European Union.
Tadic said he'll never allow nationalists to regain power, and will name a new prime minister from his own coalition.
