SANUWAVE’s Stock Symbol Changes to “SNWV” Effective November 12, 2009

SANUWAVE Health, Inc., (OTC BB: RBME) ( www.sanuwave.com : ), an emerging medical technology company focused on the development and commercialization of non-invasive, biological response activating devices in the regenerative medicine area, has changed its stock symbol to “SNWV” effective at the commencement of trading on Thursday, November 12, 2009. The Company’s name was changed to SANUWAVE Health, Inc.

from Rub Music Enterprises, Inc. effective November 5, 2009. The Company will continue to do business as SANUWAVE.

Christopher M. Cashman, President and Chief Executive Officer of SANUWAVE said, “The change in stock symbol to “SNWV” more closely aligns with our new corporate name and our branding.
