Santa Clara University: Net Neutrality / Telecommunications Law Event Friday, Oct. 17

www.scu.edu - The FCCs 1968 Carterfone decision -- celebrating its 40th anniversary this year -- is frequently cited as a key legal precedent for Net Neutrality and open access. But there is disagreement about how and whether its provisions should apply to Internet access providers and emerging communications technologies.
