               SANDISK SETS JANUARY 23 TO DISCUSS FOURTH QUARTER
                           AND YEAR-END 2012 RESULTS
MILPITAS, Calif., Jan. 11, 2013 - SanDisk Corporation (NASDAQ: SNDK), a global

Wednesday, Jan. 23 at 2 p.m., Pacific, to discuss its fourth quarter and year-
