Savior Stables the leading dressage trainer in North County San Diego is the first to receive the Horse Stable Rezoning Permit. Savior Faire led by the Burns sisters have been making a difference in riders and horses lives at their beautiful 10 acre facility in San Marcos California. Savior Faire partnered with Newport Power to build a covered solar powered riding arena. The Horse Stable Permit dramatically increases the property’s value.

Power provided the re-zoning services including: Storm Water Management Plan, Vector Control Plan, Manure Management Plan, Fire Management Plan, New Plot Plan, as well as design, engineering, permitting, installation, warranty and maintenance of the Solar Arena.
The team worked with Kim Schaul of K and M Contracting to provide the arena. Kim has been building and manufacturing barns and arenas for ranches since 1986, and is considered the premier contractor of steel structures for ranch properties.
Savior Faire is now able to offer their clients a covered arena for riding in the hot sun or pouring rain.
