VADUZ, Liechtenstein (AP) - Konstantin Zyryanov scored his sixth international goal Wednesday to give Russia a 1-0 win over Liechtenstein in a World Cup qualifying match.
Zyryanov scored in the 38th minute at the Rheinpark stadium. The Zenit St. Petersburg midfielder also scored in Russia's 2-0 win over Azerbaijan in Moscow on Saturday.
Russia, coached by Guus Hiddink, has 12 points from five matches in Group 4. Its only slip was a 2-1 loss in Germany last October.
The Russians next face Finland in Helsinki on June 10. Liechtenstein, which has yet to score in qualifying, is last in the six-team group with one point from five matches.
