                          Ruric AB Board announcement

On 09(th) of November, 2012 Denis Martyushev has decided to resign from his
Board position. The Board thanks him for his contributions to Ruric. The current
Board consists of the Chairman Vadim Gurinov, members Nikolay Berdin, Ilya
Sosnov and Aleksandrs Tralmaks.
