Rubicon Group and EMEA Enterprise Solutions WLL(EMEA) announced today the creation of an exciting new partnership under the name 'Rue Q' that aims to serve the Qatari market, and eventually the regional markets, in the fields of Education, entrainment, media and location based entertainment.

In a joint statement, EMEA and Rubicon stated: 'This partnership reflects Rubicon Group's and EMEA's mutual

desire to carry forward our shared mission, dedication and perseverance to communication, education and entertainment products and services that are relevant, purposeful and fun, and that leave a positive and lasting effect on our people and our societies.'

Rubicon Group CEO Randa Ayoubi described teaming up with EMEA as an exciting development for Rubicon. She said, 'Partnering with EMEA will cement Rue Q as a leading media and entertainment player and a dominant content provider in Qatar.'

EMEA's COO Jerry Seager said "we are really excited to work with Rubicon'. He added 'Rue Q will bring together the local knowledge and experience of EMEA with the creativity, animation and education expertise of Rubicon. The name ‘Rue Q' itself emphasizes our strong belief that Qatar as a nation is leading the way in becoming the Gulf region's main street for technology based innovation and education.'

The new Rue Q team is looking forward to bringing many entertaining and educational products to the state of Qatar.
