	<title>Burton wins at Lowe's to move up in standings</title>
	<description>

(PR-inside.com) CONCORD, North Carolina (AP) - Jeff Burton used three fuel-only pit stops to pull off a victory at the Bank of America 500 on Saturday and catapulted into Chase for the championship contention.
Burton culminated savvy pit strategy on a final stop, going into the pits with the lead and taking fuel only to make sure he was still out front on the restart with 34 laps to go at Lowe's Motor Speedway. Pole-sitter Jimmie Johnson staged a brief battle for the lead, but Burton held steady to snap a 25-race winless ..

Rogges calls the presentations by Chicago, Madrid, Tokyo and Rio de Janeiro a good warmup. He emphasized Saturday that prospective hosts of the games «should ask the people if they want them.

	<description>

(PR-inside.com) JAKARTA, Indonesia (AP) - When Indonesia's health minister stopped sending bird flu viruses to a research laboratory in the U.S. for fear Washington could use them to make biological weapons, Defense Secretary Robert Gates laughed and called it «the nuttiest thing» he'd ever heard.
Yet deep inside an 86-page supplement to United States export regulations is a single sentence that bars U.S. exports of vaccines for avian bird flu and dozens of other viruses to five countries designated «state sponsors of terrorism.
The reason: Fear that they will be used for biological ..

(PR-inside.com) BAGHDAD (AP) - When Nadhim Faisal's company began building three schools in Baghdad last year, he figured it would take six months to finish them. But nearly a year later, construction continues.
The delays, he says, stem from one major problem _ the government's inability to pay installments in a timely fashion. Sometimes, he says, a «courtesy gift» is needed to speed up getting the cash.
Improved security is making it possible for companies and investors to do business again in Iraq. But a labyrinth of red tape and corruption is replacing truck ..

	<description>

(PR-inside.com) OL PEJETA, Kenya (AP) - The text message from the elephant flashed across Richard Lesowapir's screen: Kimani was heading for neighboring farms.
The huge bull elephant had a long history of raiding villagers' crops during the harvest, sometimes wiping out six months of income at a time. But this time a mobile phone card inserted in his collar sent rangers a text message. Lesowapir, an armed guard and a driver arrived in a jeep bristling with spotlights to frighten Kimani back into the Ol Pejeta conservancy.

(PR-inside.com) DUBLIN, Ireland (AP) - Davey McKeever was down to his last bet slip of the night, crumpled in a sweaty fist, at the Shelbourne Park greyhound track. The remnants of McKeever's first unemployment check would rise or fall on the ironically named Nest Egg.
When the jet-black greyhound fell behind at the bend, the recently laid-off plasterer found it too painful to watch. He bowed his head. He looked up again just as Nest Egg crossed the line a frothy-mouthed winner _ two lengths ahead of an underdog named So Your Crazy.

	<description>

(PR-inside.com) BERLIN (AP) - Vitali Klitschko has reclaimed the WBC heavyweight title by beating Samuel Peter on a technical knockout after eight rounds.
The 37-year-old Ukrainian pounded Peter with a flurry of solid jabs to the head that kept his opponent ducking and weaving _ and occasionally wobbling. Peter (30-2, 23 KOs), a 28-year-old Nigerian-born fighter, responded with a series of solid body shots.
But Klitschko proved too strong and was leading convincingly when Peter chose not to come out for the ninth round.
Klitschko (36-2, 34 KOs) has been WBC «champion  emeritus» since ..
