RoodMicrotec N.V. has extended its Sales & Marketing organisation and appointed
Mr Malkit Jhitta (1962) as Sales & Marketing Manager as of 1 January 2013. He
will be based in the UK.

Mr Jhitta is a graduate of Lancaster University, Electrical and Electronic
engineering and started his career in 1985 with Ferranti Electronics in
Manchester and has worked over the years with Pilkington Microelectronics,
Motorola, Dialog Semiconductor, Oxford Semiconductor and recently at Delta
Microelectronics Denmark. He has worked closely with Fabless start-up companies,
and assisted in the development of many of their products through to market.
In his new role as Sales and Marketing Manager Mr Jhitta will, together with his
European Sales & Marketing colleagues, be responsible for developing
RoodMicrotec's Extended Supply Chain Management solutions and ASIC design
solutions   with our partners. With these solutions he will focus on OEMs and
system houses, while also promoting the Test, Test Engineering, Failure Analyses
and Qualification services.

We are confident that Mr Jhitta will be able to bring important contributions to
the many challenges RoodMicrotec has set itself.
