Mexican singer ALEJANDRA GUZMAN's secret rehab stint has been exposed after her teenage daughter suffered an alleged drug and alcohol overdose.
Frida Sofia, 16, was rushed to the emergency room in Mexico last week (ends18Jul08) and reporters curious about her mother's whereabouts mother unearthed details of a rehab stint in Mexico City, which was keeping the star from visiting her daughter in hospital.
El Universal newspaper claims the rocker is under lockdown at a rehab facility.
A source tells the newspaper the 40-year-old singer is calm and well, and is expected to be released from treatment next week.
