On 11 November 2009 Rieber & Søn cancelled 2,000,000 of the Group's
holdings of its own shares. This is in conformity with the resolution
adopted by the General Annual Meeting to reduce the share capital of
Rieber & Søn ASA by NOK 20,000.000, from NOK 795,757,400 to NOK
775,757,400. The share capital of Rieber & Søn ASA now comprises
77,575,740 shares, of which the Group's own holdings amount to
1,135,311 shares.
