An Indian man paid a hitman to kill his father a day before he was set to retire. The man was frustrated that he couldn't find a job himself, so paid to have his father killed in order to get his government job. The man, from Bihar state had been planning to take his father's job on the grounds that he had died while still at work. Police officer Naresh Singh, who arrested the man, said: 'He told us he would have got a government job on compassionate grounds had this murder remained a mystery.' The victim was a low ranked employee at a local government office.
