Desert Arts presents Rhythm of desert (Folk Music & Dance Show) The group has the mixture of traditional hereditary caste musicians of Langa and Manganiar community as well as the dancer from Kalbelia Gypsy community.
a group of acrobat & Other Professional performers like the Bhaats, Dholis, Mirasis, Nats, Bhopas and Bhands are omnipresent across the state. They are patronised by the villagers who participate actively in the shows put up by these travelling entertainers. Some of the better known forms of entertainment are: is composed of groups of musicians and dancer of western Rajasthan.

Desert Arts”, we are based in India, and working in western Rajasthan, (Thar desert), Thar desert of India, is one of famous desert of world civilization, since last many centuries this desert is not only famous for its historical background but also for its culture.
Yusuf, creative director, & an expert of folk culture & music of Rajasthan, India. have traveled extensively to remotest corners of rural Rajasthan,for his research work on “Folk art & Culture of Rajasthan” during his research he discover rich folk artists.

arts. All of
these artist’s were discovered by Mr. Yusuf khurram,creative director of Desert Arts ,during his research in the small villages of Rajasthan.
The aim of center is to find out such hidden talented artist’s from small villages of Rajasthan and provide them a national & international platform to perform.
In addition desert art’s center is also doing research on Rajasthan costumes, languages,
Paintings, architect, handicraft, different rituals of rural tribes!
Desert Art’s Research Center also organize Workshop to teach different form of folk art’s, in a unique method-that is if some one want to learn a particular art from a folk artist, then you have to stay with that artist in his or her village, so one can understand the tradition & art in a close manner.
Mr.yusuf discover many hidden tribes & their culture ,now he want to share his experience with international tourist ,Who want to travel Rajasthan, India.
