Quadrille, a Digital TV and Push VOD specialist, announced today that it has acquired Logiways Push VOD assets.

By integrating the Logiways software solution into its own renowned QuadriFast™ non-linear delivery solution, Quadrille will offer the most powerful and versatile software suite to efficiently cope with a variety of applicative scenarios, such as Push-VOD, Catch-up TV, Digital Signage or T-Learning.

Ensuring full support to existing and prospective Logiways customers and partners, Quadrille also dramatically extends its business footprint to highly promising markets such as China or Africa.
