Print article Print article
2014-02-06 01:06:43 - NEW YORK, NY – Chelsea’s Agora Gallery will feature the original work of of Ontario artist Kaycee Lynne in Figuratively Speaking

Kaycee Lynne’s delightful works of mixed media on board possess vivid color appeal and graphic punch. Bold iconography in sharp primary colors brings forth cheerful vignettes with an elusive, evocative quality of homespun narrative. Lynne’s subject matter encompasses a wide range, from archetypal female imagery of warriors and queens to contemporary suburban landscapes filled with animals, lawns and gardens. Her study of Feng Shui and mantra deeply influences her creative work and comes through in the exactitude and the clever precision with which she articulates each vision. As an artist, Lynne maintains a solid faith in the proven power of creativity, and remarks, “There is joy in knowing that inspiration is limitless, peace in exploring my imagination and creativity without

complaint, and gratitude in making a living doing what I love to do.”
Kaycee Lynne was raised in Courtice, Ontario and has migrated back and forth between there and Nashville, Tennessee for some years now. In addition to her fine art she is also a designer and musician.
